The Children Garden

After visiting more than 10 childcare centres around the BU/Ara/PJ/Tropicana area, I was pleasantly surprised to find the Children Garden which checked all the boxes. Small class size, ideal teacher : student ratio, hands-on and responsive principal, dedicated teachers, CCTV, robotics classes, good air circulation (not a shophouse with the air conditioner turned on the whole day), strong Chinese component, and a garden/playground with scheduled outdoor activities at least three times a week—all at an affordable price tag. We returned to Malaysia late last year and the principal and teachers were very accommodating in helping our child adjust to the new environment. We’re rather pleased with his progress in this school. He wakes up in the morning eager to go to school and gets upset when we pick him up too early!
